An adjusting device (6) tilts the frame around the axis of rotation, where the adjusting device and the frame are swivel mounted on each other. A light module (2) is located on the frame such that an optical axis (8) of the light module or a parallel projection of the optical axis of the light module tilts against a long axis (5) of the axis of rotation at an angle between 10 degree and 89 degree.
