LONG-DISTANCE TARGET DETECTION CAMERA SYSTEM

Provided is a long-distance target detection camera system capable of detecting/tracking a target widely from a long distance to a short distance while simplifying the structure. The long-distance target detection camera system for detecting a long-distance target is configurged from a pair of convergence cameras (10) capable of convergence movement, a telescopic camera (20) having narrower-angle vision than that of the pair of convergence cameras (10), and a wide-angle camera (30) having wider-angle vision than that of the pair of convergence cameras (10). The telescopic camera (20) has the line of sight approximately equal to the trace line of the intersection point between the lines of sight of the pair of convergence cameras (10). The wide-angle camera (30) has the line of sight approximately equal to the line of sight of the telescopic camera (20). Further, the long-distance target detection camera system comprises a base (40) on which the cameras are mounted and motors for base movement (50) which control the movement of the base (40).
