The device has a supplying unit supplying a control signal to a lighting device (1) i.e. headlight, a generating unit generating constant intermediate voltage, and other supplying unit supplying the intermediate voltage to a stage (20) of a controller. Stages (12, 14, 16) are set with a controlling unit for converting an adjacent intermediate voltage into the intermediate voltage, which is supplied to light sources (10, 13, 15) i.e. LEDs. A loading unit loads the intermediate voltage to the light source, and another controlling unit controls the light source based on adjacent control signal.
