Battery with holder device

The battery (1) has a locking device for locking the battery at a battery holder (4), and a handle (2) for operating the locking device. The locking device has a locking element that engages with the battery holder. The handle and the locking device are formed such that the locking element is transferred from a locking condition into an unlocking condition through linear and/or rotational movements of the handle. The locking element is connected with the handle by a flexible and/or rigid element, where the handle is made of textile, plastic and/or metal.
