The disclosure is directed to a method (100), computer program product, mobile device (210) allowing for configuring a service (160) accessible via the mobile device (210). The mobile device (210) is configured to allow a determination of its location data (110) using one or more of a plurality of location techniques. The configuring of the service (160) comprises obtaining (130) quality information (140) including a designation of the location technique used for determining said location data (110) and at least partly a quality of said location data (110); and integrating (150) said quality information (140) at least partly with said service (160) to allow a modification (155) of said service (160) based on said quality information (140). Various examples of services (160) enabled or enhanced by this capability are described including camera service, navigation services, data sharing services. Various configurations of computer program products, mobile devices and systems for enabling the services above are also described.
