Device to assist the mounting of a windshield or similar

The device (10) has a plunger (12) held by a bent support (13) and fixed to a side window of a vehicle. A windscreen holding rod (15) holds another plunger (16) fixed to a windscreen to be replaced. A third plunger (17) is fixed to the windscreen. The third plunger is mounted on a removable support (28). The removable support has an anchoring unit (30) for assuring momentary manual fixation of the removable support to the windscreen holding rod.
