Automobile fuel pretreatment device

An automobile fuel pretreatment device (300, 310) includes an instantaneous constant-temperature heating device (3) including a fuel tube (31) which allows fuel to flow, a heating unit (32) positioned on and heating an outside surface of the fuel tube (31), and two spring clamp boards (33, 330, 33') enclosing and clamping the heating unit (32) on the fuel tube (31). Each of the spring clamp boards (33, 330, 33') has a locking hole (333) formed adjacent to a first free end (331) and a locking tab (334) formed adjacent to a second free end (332). The locking tab (334) of each of the spring clamp boards (33, 330, 33') is received through the locking hole (333) of the other one of the spring clamp boards (33, 330, 33') to engage the first free end (331) of the other one of the spring clamp boards (33, 330, 33'). A magnetization combustion-enhancing device (4) includes two permanent magnets (421, 422) located adjacent to the fuel tube (31) to induce magnetization on the fuel flowing through the fuel tube (31).
