The profile has a set of groove-shaped recesses (17) formed in a radially outward limiting surface (10) of a profile block element (14), where the recesses are arranged one behind the other along an extension of a cutting edge (28) of the profile element. Another set of groove-shaped recesses (19) extends away from the cutting edge of the element and ends in a block element flank (26) at a distance (m) from the cutting edge. The recesses formed in the limiting surface are exactly congruent with the corresponding recesses that end in the flank.
