Assembly system for fixing a bumper cladding

The system has a fastening strip including receiving openings for mounting a retainer (6), a rest hook (7) and an attachment opening (8), where the receiving openings are arranged at a bumper lining. A guidance profile (4) includes the retainer, the rest hook and the attachment opening fastenable at a vehicle body. A sliding latch plate includes receiving openings for receiving the retainer, the rest hook and the attachment opening and causes a circuit connection between the strip and the profile in a mounting condition. The profile and the plate are implemented as separate components. The mounting system consists of thermoplastic plastic that is selected from a group consisting of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyamide, polystyrene, PVC, polycarbonate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyacrylonitrile, polymethylmethacrylate, acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polycarbonate copolymer, polyphenyl ether, styrene-acrylonitrile and polyoxymethylene.
