A flexible mounting arrangement including a set of lamellae having at least two lamellae arranged adjacent one another. The set of lamellae has a first portion for connecting to a first element and a second portion for connecting to a second element. At least one of the first and second portions includes base portions of the at least two lamellae that.are clamped together.
