Device for protecting a vehicle crew against projection of equipment

The device (1) has a maintenance screen (7) extending on entire length (L) and height (H) of a storage space (2). The screen is fixed at bottom fixation points (8) secured to a body (4) of a vehicle and removably fastened to top fixation points (10) secured to the body. Length of rectangular panels (7a-7c) is longer than that of the space, where the panels are made of aluminum alloy. The panels are stacked on each other when the device is in a folded position and positioned in extension of each other to close the space when the device is in a closing position.
