The heat dissipating elements are arranged in parallel layers and are held at opposite sides of heat producing elements by intermediate positioning of an electrical insulation. A conductor element (10) electrically connects the heat dissipating elements with each other. Claw fasteners (12) are elastically and deformably laid at the heat dissipating elements.",
