Drive unit for a motor vehicle

The drive unit has an electric motor (2) which drives sun gear (5) of a planetary drive (3). Planetary gears (6) of the planetary drive are stationary arranged and an internal gear (8) of the planetary drive is an indirect component of a differential basket of a differential drive (9). Another internal gear is stationary arranged and is an indirect component of a housing of the drive unit. A planet pinion carrier is indirect component of a differential basket.
