The airport apron vehicle (1) has a sub-frame (16) supported in a chassis (2), in which an engine gear combination (19) is supported. The sub-frame is elevated and lowered with respect to the chassis, from a lowered position, in which an engine gear combination is arranged between lateral cheeks (12) of the chassis.
