Laser ignition device for combustion engine

The device has two pre-chambers (20,30) and a wall, which is arranged between the two pre-chambers. A crossing opening (22) is provided in the wall, so that pre-chambers stand in fluid communication. An independent claim is also included for a method for ignition of fuel air mixture in a combustion chamber of a cylinder of an internal-combustion engine.
