Vehicle seat with height-adjustable seat belt

The seat has a diaphragm (21) defining a vehicle seat section (20) for accommodating an end of a height adjustable safety belt (30). A slit opening (22) is formed at the bottom seat section for inserting the safety belt into the seat section to the exterior of the seat section. Another slit opening (23) is formed in the seat section for guiding a safety belt height adjusting element (24) over the seat section between an upper level position (OE) and a lower level position of the belt. The diaphragm slopes downwards to an outer edge of the seat for defining the seat section.
