The system has a textile sheet-like structure (20) extended between an inoperative position and a functional position in an extension direction away from a base (10). A rigid end element (30) is fastened with a distal end of the sheet-like structure. An extension device (50a) is arranged on the base. A covering panel (60a) is mechanically coupled with the extension device. An outlet slot (12) is formed in an upper side of the base. A control rod (18a) is connected with a motor via a gear mechanism (16).
