By controlling the pressure control valve (50) by using hydraulic pressure output from a master cylinder (11) as pilot pressure, the hydraulic pressure can be regulated and supplied to the wheel cylinders (25RR and 25RL). A master cut valve (32) capable of opening and closing a first hydraulic pipe (27) that supplies the hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder (11) to the wheel cylinders (25FR and 25FL) is provided.
