Sensor module

The module has a plastic carrier (1) comprising multiple recesses (4A-4C) to receive and guide a sensor electrode and auxiliary electrodes. The recesses are formed so as to partially surround both the electrodes along circumference and hold both the electrodes within the recesses. The plastic carrier, the sensor electrode and the auxiliary electrodes are matched to each other in dimensions and materials, so that both the electrodes are pressed into the respective recess by overcoming an elastic forming force and are held in respective recess by an elastic reshaping process.
