February 2, 2011
The headlamp has a housing (10) in which a light module is accommodated in a preset position. The light module is arranged over an accommodating unit (12) in the housing, and the housing has a fixing point (13) in which the housing is connected with a frame element of a motor vehicle. An expansion beam (15) i.e. steel rail, is provided for mechanically connecting the accommodating unit with the fixing point. The accommodating unit is movably accommodated in the housing, and is formed as a sliding element.
