Process to operate a vehicle with a speed control system comprising a long far and near range sensors

The method involves starting a motor vehicle (1) by detecting a drive of the vehicle in spite of simultaneous detection of hindrance with an acceleration without previous driver sided signal. The acceleration is marginally compared with the acceleration during the starting. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle with a control unit.
