Heat exchanger

The heat exchanger (18) has a laminarly designed heat exchanger network (2), and an air flow influencing device i.e. air blind (3), that is displaceable by an actuator i.e. air bellows (19). The air flow influencing device is formed in an outer region of the heat exchanger. The air flow influencing device is arranged in front and/or behind the heat exchanger network. The actuator is formed as fluid-fillable, volume variable unit, which is partially arranged in a circumferential region of the heat exchanger network.
