Multifunction input device

The present invention relates to a multifunction input device (61,81) for operating a plurality of systems of a power driven vehicle, the input device comprising a selection unit (62,82) with a rotation element (64,64'), wherein an operation selection is made via the rotation of the rotation element. In order to provide a multifunction input device which can be simply constructed and can be operated easily although it allows a good selection function within a plurality of systems it is suggested to provide the selection unit comprising a main part (63,63') having a touch surface (65,65') being accessible during use of the input device, wherein the rotation element (64,64') having also a touch surface (66,66') being accessible during use of the input device is rotatable with respect to the main part.
