A block heater (140) receives operation power from the charger (120) and warms up an engine (10). When the block heater (140) is connected to a power supply port (130) electrically connected to the charger (120), an ECU (165) controls the charger (120) to give higher priority to power feeding to the block heater (140) than to charging of the power storage device (70).
