The element (100) has power terminals (102, 104) with two connection parts including respective contact sections. A radially elastic sleeve surrounds the sections, where an outer contour of the sections and the sleeve are formed such that a mechanical contact of the sections to the sleeve is maintained even during a misalignment of the sections. One of the contact sections is formed by a double cone with common base plane. Casing surfaces have a rounded transition that exhibits a sleeve with inner cylindrical or polygonal cross-section, where the sleeve is slit in a longitudinal direction.
