The transmitter (1) has a cover (7) covering a rear face (12b) of a double face printed circuit (12). A button cell (6) is inserted into a housing via an opening (7f) of the cover. A comparator compares a signal with a threshold for causing emission of a control order by a control unit (2), where the threshold is higher than signal amplitude during variation of capacity of a capacitive detection electrode (4) due to displacement of the cell in the housing and/or due to contact of fingers (9a, 9b) on the cell through the opening.
