Device for fastening objects to the rear fender of a vehicle

The device has a plate (2) fastened to a longitudinal chassis beam, and another plate (3) fastened to a rear bumper. The plates comprise respective rim holes (4, 5) or punched holes that are arranged coaxial to each other. A screwed part (6) is inserted into one of the rim holes or punched holes and fastened to one of the plates. A retaining bolt (7) is guided into the rim hole or punched hole of one of the plates and inserted into the rim hole or punched hole of another plate with a thread (8) by using the screwed part, where the thread is formed at the retaining bolt.
