An electrode assembly includes: an active material coating portion, and a tab portion including a plurality of tab sheets which are arranged in a laminated manner; the plurality of tab sheets are laminated to form an overlapping area and an offset area; the overlapping area is welded to form a first welding portion; and the offset area is at least welded at a position far away from the active material coating portion to form a second welding portion.
