The switching circuit has a plurality of input sections to which the plurality of the DC power sources are connected, and a plurality of output sections that output DC powers to a plurality of power-supply targets, and switches connection states between the plurality of the input sections and the plurality of the output sections. One or plural power-reception apparatuses for wireless power transfer and one or plural environmental-power-generation apparatuses may be included.
