The positive electrode material has a chemical general formula of NaNiZnFeMnXO, where 0.85≤a≤1.1, 0.1≤b≤0.4, 0.05≤c≤0.4, 0.1≤d≤0.4, 0.1≤e≤0.5, 0≤f≤0.02, and X is at least one element selected from Ti, Al, Ta, Nb, Ge, Y, Nb, W, Zr, B, Ce, Ca, V, Si, Sr, Mg and Mo; and an X-ray diffraction pattern of the positive electrode material shows no diffraction peak in at least one of diffraction angle ranges of 31°-32° and 34°-35°. The present application can improve the problem of rapid degradation of the positive electrode material during cycling.",
