The airbag includes a bag body formed of a flexible sheet body and inflated to protect the passenger, and a conduit part connected to the inflator and allowing the inflation gas to flow into the bag body. The conduit part is disposed between a seat part of the seat and a side cover covering a lateral side of the seat part, in a state of being held by a holder attached to a seat frame side of the seat.",
