The present disclosure provides a thermally crosslinkable binder aqueous solution for a lithium-ion battery, containing water-soluble poly(meth)acrylamide (A) and having a pH of 5 to 7, wherein the water-soluble poly(meth)acrylamide (A) is a polymer of a monomer group containing, with respect to 100 mol % of the monomer group, 2 mol % to 60 mol % of a (meth)acrylamide group-containing compound (a), 10 mol % to 50 mol % of one or more unsaturated acids selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids and unsaturated sulfonic acids or an inorganic salt thereof (b), and 15 mol % to 78 mol % of hydroxyalkyl(meth)acrylate (c) having a hydroxyalkyl group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms.",
