FILLING DEVICE

A filling device is provided, including a pump and a liquid transferring handle. The liquid transferring handle includes a grip portion, an inlet portion, an outlet portion which is communicated with the inlet portion, a channel which is communicated between the inlet portion and the outlet portion, and a window through which an interior of the channel is viewable. The inlet portion is detachably connected and communicated with the pump.
