Device to protect against excess operating temperatures of mobile phones

Device has multi component system from microprocessor (5) serving as controller. Controller is connected directly or in the proximity of the battery (2) with thermal sensor (4). Microcontroller is connected with actuator or mobile display in a way that at the given temperature boundary sensor recognizes it and releases a warning information or warning signal. Actuator has facility to activate a cooling function at certain temperature. Mobile phone is inactivated altogether above temperature boundary temperature.
