Device for fitting a rear openable window for a motor vehicle and rear window with such a device

The device has a compensation unit (20) which is formed by a knuckle joint type link and provided between a movable hinge (13) and a front edge (4a) of a back window (4). The unit (20) compensates angular orientation of the back window with respect to a roof (2), lateral flanges and a shutter (5) of a body of a vehicle. The unit (20) maintains the back window in an exposure position with the roof, the flanges and the shutter. An independent claim is also included for a back window comprising an openable back window mounting device.
