The adjusting ring (9) has adjustable ring studs which intervene in sliding block, connecting blade lever to the adjustable ring and has recess while sliding block can be relocated in adjusting ring. Control device (13) has guide blades which are attached to blade bearing ring through blade studs. The device has adjustable ring whereby the rotation of adjustable ring results in the swiveling of guide blades through swiveling lever. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a control device for exhaust gas turbocharger; and (B) a blade lever for control device.",
