The invention relates to a navigation device of a vehicle comprising a memory unit (250) disposed on a support plate (121) inside a housing (110) of the navigation device, and absorbing means arranged between said support plate (121) and said memory unit (250) for protecting said memory unit against shock and/or vibration, wherein the absorbing means comprises at least one spring element (210) supporting said memory unit (250), and at least one damping element (260) for absorbing shock and/or vibration of the memory unit.
