Control Device

The device has a menu controller in which menu items are arranged and represented in a predetermined order, where changes or modification of the menu items are implemented after confirmation of the user. An input unit is provided for selection of the pre determined order of the menu items for confirmation. Soft keys adjacent to a display of a driver information system (1) are assigned to the menu items in the display. An independent claim is also included for a method for representing a menu selection in the display.
