The present invention discloses the forming material which can get the separator for fuel cell which can show a superior characteristic electrically. This forming material consists of the aggregation of granular composite which is formed by coating graphite powder with the coating layer consisting of the phenol resin and carbon nano-fiber, and the composition ratio is set to the graphite powder of 55~91 mass percent, phenol resin of 9~25 mass percent and carbon nano-fiber of 3~30 mass percent.
