A module corner assembly (10,210,310,410,500) wherein a wheel hub (56) is permanently attached to a knuckle (16) and various surfaces on the wheel hub (56) and knuckle (16) are machined in a same fixture (100) utilized in holding the knuckle (16) to deform an end (62) on the wheel hub (56) against a cone (80,580) of a roller bearing (94). When a rotor (12) is thereafter attached to the wheel hub (56) it is also machined in the same fixture (100) such that a perpendicular relationship is established between the axis of the roller bearings (52, 94) and braking surfaces (12a, 12b) on the rotor (12) and as a result a desired lateral run out relationship is achieved between the axis of the wheel hub (56) and rotor surfaces (12a, 12b).
