Turbocharger
DRIVE
May 3, 2006
The turbocharger (1) for an internal combustion engine, using the exhaust gas, has a housing containing a compressor (3) and an exhaust gas turbine (4) which forms a section of the exhaust pipe (5) from the engine (6). A feedback (7) runs from the exhaust system after the catalyst (9) which follows the turbine, leading back to the low pressure side of the compressor through a heat exchanger (8) to be combined with the fresh air intake (11).
