Vehicle liner

Lining or lining mat (1) for interior of vehicle, which has, sound absorbing element (2) and energy absorbing element (3). Hollow conical projections (33) on base mat (31) of energy absorbing material made of ductile metal or plastic meshes with recesses (21) of sound absorbing synthetic material for acoustics control inside the vehicle. An independent claim is also made for procedure for production of lining or lining mat.
