Apparatus and method for transferring data sets to a plurality of independent terminal groups

The device has a control device (4) for calculating and providing data sets (1) of a predetermined type to terminals in sequence. The device (4) buffers the data sets in a predetermined circular buffer. The data sets are organized in a number of independent circular buffers. A control device (5) transfers the buffered data set to a corresponding terminal, after the transfer of information of a control command contained in the data set. An independent claim is also included for a method of transferring data sets to a number of independent terminal groups.
