Method of energizing a starter relay

The method involves triggering the starter relay of engine control instrument for starting and in case of failure of battery voltage the engine control instrument is restored. In case of second start, the starter relay is triggered in such a way that a starter starts the engine of the vehicle. The control of starter relay is accomplished by means of a flip-flop circuit.
