Element (A) of conducting system of a fuel cell comprises an internal layer (I) in contact with the promoted medium consisting of polyolefin molded body, which is connected with a layer (II) of an ethylene vinyl alcohol molded material, where the connection is formed between the layers; and the contact area of (I) contains polyolefin containing functional group: acid anhydride, carbonic acid, n-acyl lactam, epoxy or trialkoxy silane.
