Control unit (1) comprises a securing unit (4) for securing a vehicle and an emitting/receiving unit (2) for the cabin of the vehicle. The identification code is tested with the identification code of an ID emitter (3). An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for locking and unlocking a vehicle using the above control unit.
