The device has a ventilation outlet (30), a defrosting outlet (32) and two lower outlets (34), placed on respective sides of a case (10) defining an inner chamber (28). The outlets are controlled by a ventilation valve (36), a defrosting valve (44) and two lower valves (52), respectively. Control units have a control rod (56) and two connecting rods (62), placed inside the case and connected to the valves.
