Valve closing mechanism

The valve closing mechanism has a motor with a rotating shaft, rotating part connected to the motor shaft, and operating part, which can rotate, and which is fitted eccentrically to the rotating part via a spring. The eccentricity is such that when the rotating part is turned in the closing direction, the mounting turns the same way.
