The heat pump system includes: a first heat exchanger; a second heat exchanger; a primary loop through which coolant circulates, the primary loop passing through the first and second heat exchangers; and a secondary loop through which a refrigerant circulates. In particular, the primary loop includes a flow control device to control the direction and the flow rate of a coolant passing through the primary loop, and a bypassing line through which the coolant selectively bypasses the first heat source in the primary loop. The secondary loop is thermally coupled to the primary loop via the second heat exchanger, and the secondary loop further includes a compressor, an evaporator, and a condenser.",
