Internal combustion engine
DRIVE
March 22, 2006
The internal combustion engine uses a low pressure exhaust gas return (36) which extends from the exhaust (8) through a compressor (2a) driven off a turbine (30) and downstream of an exhaust gas chamber (35). The gas return branch opens into the engine intake upstream of the compressor. The exhaust gas return can have a return gas cooler (37) and a regulation valve (38).
